Yes. There is a $300 pet deposit and a $250 pet fee (a total of $500) per pet. Pet rent is $25 per month.

There is a $45 application fee per person 18 and older as well as a $400 hold fee to take the home off the market. The hold fee is refundable up to 72 hours. After 72 hours, unless the application cannot be approved, the hold fee becomes non-refundable. Upon move in, the $400 hold fee will go towards the $900 deposit ($600 portion is security deposit/ refundable). Applications will not be ran without the hold fee in secured funds.
We ask that you provide your most recent pay stubs (e.g. 2 stubs if paid bimonthly, 4 if weekly), an offer letter from your employer (dated and on letterhead) stating your start date and salary if you have recently accepted a new job or your most recent tax returns from the past 2 years if you are a business owner. If you are receiving other income (e.g., Social Security, Veteran’s Administration, etc.), an award letter from the company/organization will need to be provided.
Yes, in a month-to-month lease, residents will need to pay the updated rental amount (offered at renewal) and an additional fee.
Water and sewer billed depending on usage and how many occupants in your home. Electricity would be metered and billed by the Snohomish County Public Utility District (PUD).
Lease terms are 12 months.
Yes. You are required to carry Renters Insurance at all times. We require a minimum Personal Liability of $500,000. You are also required to add Evergreen on 47 as an Additional Interest.
We do not. However, if you are interested in renting furniture, we can recommend Cort Furniture Rental or Brook Furniture Rental to help provide your furnishing needs.
You can report to us by putting in a work order online via the resident portal, by phone, in a written request to the leasing office or telling the leasing office staff in person. We also have an after hours emergency number for property damage maintenance emergencies..
Yes! For your convenience, there is a drop box next to our mail room.
Any guests in your home are permitted to stay with you for a maximum of 7 days.
Yes, we have carports reserved for our residents. If you are interested in renting a carport, please visit the leasing office to complete a carport addendum to reserve your spot. Carports are $40 each month. If you decide to stop using your carport, you must provide 30 days notice to the leasing office.
Only electric grills are allowed.
Our mail room features parcel boxes for USPS packages. You will need to make arrangements to receive packages from UPS, FedEx, DHL, OnTrac, etc.
